Is a deposit required?

Yes, it’s a minimal amount based on the event cost.

How can a make a payment?

We accept the following forms of payment: cash, checks, Visa, MC, Amex.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, you have 72 hours to cancel from the time you sign the event contract.

How many people does your venue accommodate?

Up to 500 guests

Is there an outdoor area?

Not as part of the banquet venue (No patio or garden) but ample parking area.

How many hours will we be able to have the venue?

7 hour venue standard (most banquet venues in town 5 hrs max).

Can we bring in outside vendors such as florist, DJ, Videographer, Photographer, etc?

Yes, but we may be required to see their business license to make sure they’re professionals.

Do you have a preferred vendors list?

Yes and we provide vendor recommendations upon request.

Do you have food service on site?

Yes, we have our own in-house catering kitchen with great gourmet menu selections available. Other licensed caterers are welcome, if requested.
